Summertime picnics and BBQ’s are on their way, meaning that baked potatoes are on the menu full-time now until fall. The humble potato is one of the easiest thing to bake in the oven, but the one sure-fired way that you can make it the “perfect” baked potato is to make it one that everyone will eat! The secret to that? Having a plethora of delicious toppings ready to serve on top. This works wonders for our family as my daughter can have only butter, my son can have chili and cheese and myself? Don’t microwave the potatoes even though it’s faster! It’s tempting, but the potatoes won’t be as good!
