No Ice Cream Maker? No Problem!

This has to be one of the easiest yet, most delicious recipes of all time. If you’re a peanut butter fan then you HAVE to try this. You don’t need any special equipment at all but a hand mixer helps for whipping the cream.

  • c
    2, cups whipping cream
  • c
1, x 300ml can of sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk.)
  • c
1, cup peanut butter of your choice.
  • c
    ¼, tsp salt
  • Directions
    • 1
In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, salt, sweetened condensed milk until combined.
    • 2
In a separate bowl, whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
    • 3
Add the whipping cream into the peanut butter mixture and fold gently until combined. You want the cream to maintain it’s fluffiness but it should be mixed well. If you like chunky texture, feel free to add in some chopped peanuts or mini peanut butter cups or even chocolate chips. I didn’t add anything into mine.

Pour the mixture into a freezer safe container and cover well with plastic wrap. Freeze at minimum 4 hours or overnight. Let the mixture soften on the counter for 15 min or so before scooping into your sundae. Garnish and enjoy!

I used this incredible ice cream to make a sundae with whipped cream, blueberries, chopped nuts and a piece of chocolate banana bread. It was fantastic! I hope you enjoy this simple pleasure this summer!
