Apples go into pie like peas go in a pod and these wee apple tarts are too, too cute. Check them out from Maija at yummymummyclub.
I was craving cake so badly one day that I put this Cinnamon Apple Granola Cake together. I think of it fondly and might have to whip another one up soon.
How do you like your apples? I like em crisp. With blueberries and walnuts a la Sweet Sugar Bean. Yum.
Similar to a crisp is this fun recipe from Noshing with the Nolands for Stuffed apples. These would be fun for breakfast!
I don’t think I’ve ever had an apple cookie but this recipe from Take Six makes me want to try them. They look scrumptious and fun to make too.
This is less of a recipe and more of an idea. Dip some apple slices into your favourite pancake batter and before you know it. BAM. Apple pancakes.
